For the longest time I thought mental health was all about brain and brain chemicals, neurotransmitters. But recently I found out that our gut is like our second brain and it has a lot to do with the way we feel, anxiety, depression. It's very interesting and I'm doing more research about it.

I don't know if I'm dumb and everyone else knew this but apparently it's like really bad for you to drink water during your meals you're only supposed to drink water one hour before after your meals because it messes with the digestive system if there's water and for the same time

Health wise what I learned is that chicken is not better than pork. The acid in a chicken's stomach is actually worse for us to be consuming through the meat than it is pork.

I just learned that a diet is just the food that you eat. It's not like, oh, I'm gonna I'm gonna go on to this diet. It's like we're all in a diet. It's just a different type of diet.
