I always say that laughter is the best medicine so I'm just curious have you ever been to a comedy like stand-up show because I definitely have I've seen quite a few and I can never get tired of them and I will continue going to as many as I can in the near future but it's just such a great way to forget about your problems temporarily and just live in the moment so yeah I'm just curious have you been to one or not let me know

Yeah, thank you for this post. Yeah, the answer is yes, yes and yes. Laughter is healing for the spirit. It's one of my favorite things to do. If you have a funny bone or somebody dope is coming into town, get some tickets. I'm telling you, laughter is such a great thing, man. It reverberates great energy in you as well, so yeah. Comedy shows for the win.

I love the way you worded your answer, especially with laughter being a great thing and how great energy comes back to you. So of course I agree, comedy shows for the win. I hope you have a great rest of your week and thank you for answering.

Yes. Yes, I have. I love comedy shows. They're absolutely amazing. And I always sit in the front seat, typically. Like, front row is where it's at because, I mean, yeah, you're getting the show, but, like, why not have the comedian roast you? What better way than to get roasted by the comedian? You know what I mean? It's great. I might need a tissue at the end, but it's great. Hey, I may even be able to roast the comedian. That's even better.

Yeah, I was able to go to a couple of comedy shows with the right people. I had these roommates that was pretty cool, and one of my roommates was a comedian. And, you know, he would get on the list, and we would—and it was this ritual, right? Before we—oh, yeah. My one friend was a comedian, the other friend was this nice-looking lady. She was married, though. But she would always put on this red dress when it was time to—

So, we would go to the show. First, we would go out the back, you know, the smoking area and smoke weed with the comedians. They would have, it would be some big comedians, some comedians from the past that you've seen before, some people, newcomers. It was so good, man. So much laughter. And we would sit right in the front row and they would get on us all night. It was like, it was a hell of an experience, man. Laughter is definitely medicine for the soul. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Oh yeah, oh yeah. Going to a comedy show, yeah, that's a lot of fun. It is. You know, it's like one thing from seeing them on TV, then seeing them like at a comedy show, you know, it's almost like listening to a song on the radio or on a CD or, you know, just anywhere, like just playing on the radio, and then going to see the live show. It's just, it's a feeling, you know? And just like Sunshine said, it's good to be roasted by them every once in a while.

Heck yeah, heck yeah, I totally agree. I went to go see Sebastian Maniscalco a few years ago. He was amazing. That was probably the biggest stand-up show that I've ever been to, like in an arena, you know? And then I'm going to see Joe Coy, I want to say, in February. I used to go to stand-up all the time before the pandemic. That was one of my favorite things to do. But it's been a minute. Yeah.

Yes, I have been to more than four or five beautiful stand-up comedy events, and yes, laughter is the best medicine. I believe that God created comedy to laugh away the pain, and Ma, you saying that you love comedy, you the person that I can drink with in the crowd and be a stranger and fucking share the same laugh. Keep laughing.
