Well, I would say the point of having a conversation is to understand what the other person is thinking. But if you and that person have two different things that you think that is right, then you guys are always going to have an argument on that topic.

I'd honestly prefer it, you know, to have a conversation with somebody who doesn't really see things the way I do because you can get a lot more information from the conversation than somebody who's just agreeable.

Hopefully you learned a little bit about the perspective and reasoning behind someone with an opposing view and hopefully they learned about your reasoning and view on the topic. Maybe you opened your mind up a little bit. Think about things differently. You didn't change your mind but you understand better and maybe you learned something along the way. Okay. No big deal.

Conversations are very rare these days. It's more like a debate that turns to an argument.
