Sometimes when I get into the dark pits of my depression, I don't talk to anyone for like days. Um, and that's fine. I usually get out of it, but it's not really healthy and I admit it, but I try and get out there more and I think it's working.

Well, I didn't talk to one of my closest friends for one year sometimes, for two years, like that.
