I think religion second-handly influences politics because you have moral values in politics and laws that come straight from the Bible, speaking of the United States in particular, come straight from the Bible, you know, are the moral standard of God. But I do believe that the church and state should continue to be separate unless, you know, that type of power gets into the wrong hands and then somebody, you know, just messes over pretending to worship God or something, you know.
