An ominous force that comes from outer space to destroy everything connects with someone on earth to be their middleman and the superhero has to defeat this ominous force. The more I read the more I kept seeing the Green Lantern movie.

If you're familiar with the Green Lantern movie, and then you read this comic, you're going to ask yourself which one came first. So, someone tell me. Ominous force from outer space consuming the planets, middleman on earth helping it, and superhero defeating it. Kind of like Green Lantern's movie.
