Alright, so I have a serious question. When I was being brought up and raised, my mom always made us brush our teeth before breakfast and after breakfast, which I definitely agreed with for the most part. And let me tell you why I say for the most part. As an older adult, I brush my teeth after breakfast. Now, if I'm going out to eat, I would brush my teeth before breakfast, but then I would bring mouthwash with me and mouthwash later. And the only reason I did it is because I couldn't stand the taste of food right after brushing my teeth. It would always taste weird and taste funny, and then it would also upset my stomach. So I'm just curious of how people and what people do, because I've had this conversation with my mom again for the hundredth time in my life. But then I also had a conversation with someone else, and then just recently, it comes in threes. I swear sometimes it comes in threes. And I just seen something like a post online about brushing your teeth before breakfast or after breakfast. And I'm just curious to see what everyone else thinks and says. But I'm definitely an after person, but I would definitely do it before if I'm going out for breakfast or anything like that, or if I'm having breakfast around a whole bunch of people. I'll sacrifice the taste a little bit. But when it comes to the mouthwash, that's definitely a big no right before eating, because it's just 10 times worse. I use baking soda toothpaste, so it's not as the toothpaste taste isn't as bad. But you know, that mouthwash just definitely takes it overboard.
