Okay, getting straight to the point here. What do you do when you feel stuck in life? I'm talking about when not only do you feel overwhelmed, but you feel lost. And you just don't know what to do. And I feel like for me, whenever something like that happens, I try to find something new to get inspired and motivated to continue on with whatever path I'm on. Or if things really aren't working out, to find a new direction and go forward. Because I heard this a long time ago, and it stayed with me. But it's basically this quote that goes, you're not a tree, you can move. And ever since then, every time I feel stuck, I remind myself that I'm not a tree. I'm human, I can move around and I can do what I want. And yeah, I hope that's a gentle reminder to you as well.

This is a very deep question. I feel like I just do a lot of introspective thinking about like what it is I want, what are my goals, what steps I can take to get there, like small baby steps. Like for me, it was really prioritizing self-care. So really making sure I'm, if I'm not motivated to go to the gym here, sign up for classes where I'm motivated to go, I'm gonna have to pay really expensive cancellation fee. Things like that to really just get me motivated again.

I really appreciate you putting your two cents into this conversation and I really admire the tips you shared especially about the expensive classes and the cancellation fees because you're so real for that because that's something I was actually looking into to get back on like my fitness and like work on it and stuff because I need to prioritize self-care to be really honest with you and so thank you for sharing these tips it means a lot.

I create. I think sometimes the only way to get something instantly different and release is to create something. So try to write, try to draw, try to paint, try to color, try to, you know, change around your furniture, something new.

Honestly, I didn't want to answer this question because it made me feel some type of way, but typically what I'll do is I'll lean on my friends. I will call them and be like, hey, let's go do something outdoors. Let's go do something we love. And it gives me like a refresh, like a reset to like, hey, hello. What are you doing there, girlfriend? Get it together. Remember, you're surrounded by love. So apply that to yourself and, and, and yeah, yeah.

I appreciate your honesty and thank you for taking the time to answer. I feel like what you just said about having a refresh and a reset is so important when things like this happen. So again, I appreciate you being vulnerable and sharing your answer. Sending you lots of love and I hope you have a great weekend.
