Out of my two children, I only have one that is actually on social media, and what I do to prevent cyberbullying is communicating with him. I do give him his space and privacy, but I talk to him and inform him of the things that are absolutely cyberbullying, just to make sure that he's not going through it.

And then also, you know, I check, you know, the profiles and stuff that he is on because, again, kids do lie. So, communication, you know, just verifying a few things and just trying to keep them out of space as to where, you know, this type of environment is going on.

We allow it to die itself out. All cyberbullying is, is just somebody trying to find something negative and they either found it or fabricated it to make it seem negative. So, the best thing to do is just to continue being yourself and allowing the people around them that's seen that and trying to create it to see it for themselves and see the truth.
