Life is short, like the way that we have to have 15 seconds to make a comment here. But I'm not sure if it's learned. I'm thinking that sometimes we need it to survive in certain situations and sometimes we don't need it at all.

It's a mix of both. Some fears are taught and passed down from family, generational, and then some things I feel like we learn even on our own or convince ourselves to be afraid of.

That's a really hard question to answer in so little time. So it depends on the individual, what they've gone through, what they've learned about themselves, what they need to survive. So you can't really answer that in 15 seconds when I'm coming back.

I feel like fear is learned by experiences we have and by people who teach us what fear is.

a little bit of both, feeling that the reptilian part of our brain keeps us in that fight flight survival mode however, we also learn what to be afraid of as well so much to cover

It's definitely both because fear is a human instinct, especially when we're in danger. It's to literally help us not be in danger, it's to help us survive that fear, that instinct of fear, but it definitely can be taught in things that aren't necessarily, you know, something we should be afraid of.

It's definitely learned, especially if you come from a religious background. You will be taught if you don't do this, you will go to hell. If you don't do that, you will go here.

It's both depends on your environment at the end of the day or in the product of your environment
