Can you lucid dream? And if yes, how do you get yourself to go to that place? There are many different ways, so I'm very curious.

I can't lose the dream on control. It just happens sometimes, but I don't like it.

Oh, you don't like them? Yeah, no, they happen with me too, like out of the blue, but a lot of the times I do get myself in the space where I do lucid dream, but they do get intense.

Oh my god, I really wanted to try this lucid dreaming. I don't know how to do this. Do you have any idea how to try this lucid dreaming?

There are a lot of different ways you can do it. A lot of the techniques are like, you know, breathing techniques and you have to be in like a super quiet and dark room with like, you know, pretty much no distractions. But after a while, it kind of does come naturally.
