What are your kiddos wake windows as well as their nap time windows and bedtime windows? So my daughter She normally wakes up between 8 to 9 in the morning She'll have a nap within like four to five hours after waking up and then she'll normally go to bed Like it depends on the day because sometimes her bedtimes are super late for some reason But she'll normally go to bed between like 9 to 11 just again it depends on the day.

My kids are in school so they wake up at about 7 20 every single day and they go to bed at 8 39 o'clock and on the weekends I usually let them stay up a little later hoping they'll sleep in but they usually wake up early anyway.

So right now my son is all over the place we're trying to get on kind of like a schedule but he who will use oh my gosh I can talk he'll usually be in bed between like 8 to 10 and then he'll wake up between like 6 to 8 or something like

So there's no naps in this house for bedtime we start bath at about 6 PM and they're asleep by 6:45 and they are awake anywhere from 4:30 to 5:30 in the morning
