So I'll take a shower at night and I'll take a shower in the morning. I don't know if that counts as two or if that's considered one because there's like an inactivity period

That's twice in a day. I think in a day of the interval, I guess 12 hours. So I think it's twice in a day. Yeah, that's twice in a day

Yeah, actually with you it depends on activities that you engaged with I don't lie when I'm not busy or I have not gone to gym I don't take shots twice in a day, but if I've gone to gym

It depends on what I do in the day. So if I'm at home all day, I will take a shower once. If I'm out during the day, I will take a shower in the morning and then when I get, I don't know before I go to bed.
