Spending a couple days, I leave tomorrow, um, Pocana State Park. Had a really good time with some friends, just relaxing and meditating and stuff like that. And being away from much internet access, so we'll see if this will even post. But just wanted to send some love and let everyone know what's been going on. But yeah, don't forget to take some time to ground and get in nature every once in a while and get away from everybody, you know? It's important. It's good for us all.
