I feel like no matter what, there's always going to be a balance, and a counterbalancing act. No matter how much you do one thing, there's always going to be another thing. No one's going to be fully content or pleased.

I feel like the best thing to do is to be patient, to subscribe to the notion of wanting to be a good doer in the community, to understand that things take time.
