Your pronunciation is pretty good, it's just enough. I think what you need is just practice and you will be speaking English more easily I think.

For me I think that having motivation is important but discipline is more important because with discipline you can actually do things

I can understand that some level of motivation is always needed, but I think consistent discipline is more reliable than motivation.
