Hold of that future in your hands, you gotta let go of what is holding you back. Like, let's say if you're trying to get to a certain goal and like, let's say you're doing the opposite of getting to that goal, then you have to evaluate yourself, you have to stop.

Look, you know, pinpoint the cons and what you need to change. And then, you know, you put what you want and then you go after it. Like you, at that point you manifest it. You know, you go after the positive.

When I say go out of the positive, I mean I go out of the positive energy. Only think positive things so when you try to, well not try, but when you get to that point, your mind will already be set there. So like if your mind's on it already, then the physical will follow.

So I say it all starts with your mental. And then once you just have it set in your mind, it's kind of like a painting. It's already just painted. It's already there, boom. The physical will follow. And then once the mind and the body connect, you'll be there and you'll be doing what you want.
