Why do we care what people think? Is it a subconscious thing? How do we stop caring for what people think, especially about us?

Seems like when we're all coming into this world and as we're little, we have like no care in the world. We're free, we're like our true selves. And as we get into like society, there's people that like to judge, they like to tell you certain things, nick pick at you.

I do agree like when we're younger we do not care what other people think but I feel like it starts with our parents Them telling us what to do and not to do, you know Even though they feel like it's the best answer to say hard for us, but in reality is shaping our future

Sometimes, first of all, life is about creative criticism, uh, structural criticism. You can only, our character only gets molded by when we get scolded sometimes, or when we get told we're doing wrong.

misidentify that with with someone being subconscious or always caring whatever you got somebody that's trying to be on your asses either they like you too much or they want you to be somebody you know I'm saying I don't think there's enough understanding

And at times they will try to bring you down so then at times it will depend on the individual, it could affect their confidence, you know, how they look and view themselves in the mirror. So you just have to know that everyone has their own opinion. It doesn't matter if you're a man or a woman, you have to know that everyone has their own opinion.

It doesn't matter. We should be who we are and we should accept that and then just go about our days because if you care about what people think, you're going to have regrets at the end of the day and you're going to be really looking back like, why did I do this? Why didn't I do what I wanted to do?

I feel like at first it doesn't start off as subconscious though, but as you get told different things, as you grow, it does become subconscious for some people. And you just have to keep going and then you have to go within to tell yourself, you know what, this is me. I'm going to do me.

When we do get tired, when we do get tired of hearing the voices of the, you know, of the world and other people's voices and not listening to us, we'll find a way to cut out their noise and start listening to ourselves. It happens in divine timing.

What we care about, what people think. Do you care about growing as a person? Cause what nobody think matter, or are you willing to take some critical criticism to grow?

And I've had some harsh criticism, you know, from NCOs and people, and they helped me mold I mean, shit, you gotta be real with somebody. So, the question is, do you want to grow to become a better person?

If you're not open, if you don't want, if you don't want, you're always worried, why you say this about me, why you say that about me, then you're not in a growing spirit. You don't want to grow, you just worry about what other people say about you. It's not growth.

It's naive, it's naive gander, you know what I'm saying? It's young shit. You know, growth is about growing, progressing, becoming something more.

A lot of times people think when someone says something bad about somebody, think that they trying to put them down. Being dead ass honest. Part of growth has changed. I'm saying.

And I feel like if we take accountability then when they are giving us construction criticism we wouldn't take it so hard but we wouldn't feel like they're trying to put us now we probably we should like is there something I need to feed if not we just throw it in a junkyard
