Sorry for my loud background but I've been battling with depression for a little bit here and I was just trying to see if you guys could help me out with some ways that you deal with it.

Personally, I take 15 minutes a day to cry out my emotions, just put on some sad music and said you were alone for 15 minutes and it's helped with me so far.
First, I accepted my depression and then I did little things like maybe going out to eat, maybe buying shoes, doing things that I was interested in, or if I felt like I wanted to...
One of the ways that I've dealt with it is reading the Word of God, praying again before his face. The second thing I would do, I would play basketball, find someone to play spade with, or play basketball with, is to read the Word of God.
