Works very well. It helps. It does something for your nervous system. Resets it. Look into it. Tapping for stress relief.

I would say breathing exercises work for me. Slow inhales and exhales help me to like really just slow down my thoughts and feelings and decompress in a short time.

For me, I work out, write down my thoughts, you know, eating right. And recently I've just been going to the beach early in the morning and meditating. It should be very calming and relaxing for real.

Again, it's hard to answer these questions without using God, but God works through everything God is, everything Jesus is, everything Jesus is, Lord Jesus is King, so through Him is how I manage my stress. It's not easy, it is a process, but Jesus helps.

Off, stay to myself, wrap up in bed or on the sofa with a nice movie, a glass of wine or buy myself something really nice to eat or something nice to wear, have a glass of wine or pray.

To manage stress, write poetry, go for walks and meditate, listen to soothing music, to cook, to have someone to talk to, take a nice bath with some tea.

If you know somebody, get on your nerves, they don't want the best for you, they don't value you as a person, they don't appreciate nothing you do, keep them the fuck away from you. If you are the bigger person, the prize, stay the fuck away.
