I just did this workout and that is literally because I do high-intensity workouts probably midday But I skip like warm-ups in the morning. I don't even do those That felt like a proper warm-up to my day Because like I feel I feel ready to challenge the day like I feel ready to go into it It was a nice warm-up. It got me awake. I Like this I like this a lot. I'm gonna add this to my schedule
