Asking all these rhetorical questions. If you have to ask, what are you trying to do? You're just trying to verify your truth whether it be a lie or not, right? Enter the poll yes or no.
The only way the truth is ever gonna come out if it's spoken around with everybody else, so... Debate, hypothesis, things have to come out. Even geniuses ask questions.
I think the answer is in the name, it's a rhetorical question. You don't necessarily want an answer, you are using it for rhetoric. It's to emphasize a point sometimes, kind of like why you ask this question.
