Yo, knick-knack. So I do love me some vegan omelettes, bagels, honestly for breakfast though I actually have a smoothie, it's a compromise. I have chia seeds, oatmeal, sometimes oat milk, water, spinach, blueberries, dragon fruit, some strawberries, kind of like mixed all together, and pitaya, the dragon fruit, oh god it's so amazing, something to throw, cashews in there, and bananas, and avocados.
