Oh my god, I just made the best home fries with tagine, tagine, tagine, however you say it. Boiled the potatoes first, chopped them up, chopped up one green bell pepper, one red bell pepper, an onion. Oh my god, and then a bunch of tagine. Oh my god, it was to die for. So good, I'm bummed I ate the last of it this morning.
