What's up y'all to all the people that are trying to get their life together. Just wondering what are some benefits that you have noticed from practicing celibacy? What are some things that have been revealed to you about yourself?

I feel that there's so much that gets buried and hidden under sex and when it's no longer in the picture, you're forced to view things and see things for what they really are.

For example, sex was the only way I really knew how to be intimate with another person for a long time. I didn't know that there were other ways to express intimacy. And yeah, that was something that I learned through sex.

The energy that we use is sexually is really meant to be used creatively.

I agree with all the comments, celibacy gives you a clarity and a renewal type feeling like you know what I'm saying it's freeing in a way you know it's kind of like fasting you know what I'm saying make you feel more uh elevated and uh I don't know but yeah yeah so yeah y'all had all everybody made some good points must love everybody
