What do you do with the kindness that you receive? And how do you respond to people who want to go all out to make sure you're okay?

I wouldn't necessarily say like there's anything that needs to be done except for making sure that you return the same energy and support and love that they're giving you.

You just say thanks or thank you.

that I go out of my way to do it for. I'm not looking for any thank you. It's just good knowing that they're okay, so that's all I want out of it.

As for me, I just tell them it's my way of making sure that they know that they are appreciated

God works through me. God is great. God works through me and does everything for me. So once it's in his control, then he shows the appreciation to those that take care of me.

Kindness is shown to me. I take a moment to express gratitude to the person, but then also like put it out there in a uni that I'm grateful. That's first.

Like to get into the habit of blessing those that bless me, alternatively cursing those who curse me but no bless those who curse you.

My point is I've received a lot of kindness lately and haven't really been able to give the same amount of energy and I would like some ideas for...

some ideas for reciprocating the same energy and kindness that I have received.

To make sure to give that same energy back because if they have your back then you should have their back no matter what because That's how you keep a nice flow of balance between you I mean, I'm all about treating other people how they treat me
