Happiness hurts because most of the time we get hurt for ourselves. We live in the search for a more affective look than the other. We believe that there is empathy and common sense in humanity. But things are not always like that. Especialmente en el mundo de la moda y el fitness de turno, el cuerpo no define la salud.

Well, I'm a man, obviously. What I want in a woman is her legs, her smile, her way of being, her personality, that she has a good heart inside, and that she's very friendly with the right people. She doesn't have to do anything. She doesn't have to do the butt, she doesn't have to do the nose, plastic surgery, she doesn't have to do any of that.

so unfortunately I don't speak Spanish but what I can say is and I don't mean to bring humor if this is a very serious message but I do know how to say como estas or even como te lames

I have seen this video many, many times, and I honestly don't like it. Self-love is so important. Don't change for anyone. Don't feel like you have to meet the expectations of social media. If you want a man, he'll love you for who you are. And a woman will love a man for who he is. It's how you treat people that is important. Kindness is the best thing you can offer people.

You don't have to change for anybody. Be yourself.
