That's another hard question to answer. I mean that word depression people are scared of saying because it's associated with mental illness. So sometimes people rather keep it to themselves but we have to love each other and love everybody and love ourselves and hopefully that can start.

I mean personally I remember my mum being depressed for so long because my father knew the best way of showing love is by two time in her or three time in her all the time and having other kids outside the marriage and It took a long time for her to get over it.

I mean it took us so long for us to see our mum get better and show the love and light around her children and grandchildren. And she was so happy but it takes time. But we surrounded her with love and made sure that...

Through the tears and late nights and so forth and doubts on herself and what kind of woman and wife she was we reminded her how much we love her and what a wonderful mother she is. And if a man can't appreciate her then that's his problem. She found God in the end and everything.
