I'ma definitely go with trust because if I don't trust you I don't care what you saying or communicating you know what I'm saying the foundation of our interaction is trust.

I say both, but I'm hard on communication. You have, like, communication is key no matter what. Like, you gotta communicate. I think when you communicate to people, that's when you learn to trust people through the communication. That's just my opinion.

Honest communication. That communication where you say what you think I want to hear or you say something so you make me be quiet but your feelings for real yours.
