So, I've had my hair, I've had my hair colored for like, um, maybe like three, uh, like, mm, for like, mm, ooh, for like, mm. Since I was 14 I've had my hair colored. Should I go back to natural?

The reason I say this is because I'm in my thirties and I've been dyeing my hair ever since I was a teen. And I will tell you, I have done everything to my hair that you could possibly imagine. But once you have a lot of damage to your hair, you have to let it rest. So especially if you want to lift a lot of the color out of the darkness and the color out of your hair, you do need to do things more naturally and you do need to rest your hair. So, let me know.

Um honestly this is the most helpful information I've probably received from anyone. Thank you so much for taking your time to actually comment. I would love to have the recipe sent by you. I'm not stupid enough to ignore advice from like a veterinarian like yourself. Please do, I would love to try it out. I'll let you know how it goes as well. I've never heard of that recipe before but I'm so keen to try it out. Thank you, like genuinely.
