It seems that more black women are open to spiritual practices such as candlework, crystals, and meditation. What do you think? I know me personally. I practice candle magic.

I think it's something that African-American women have been doing for centuries. It just wasn't spoke about a lot because people fear what they do not understand and what they don't know. So that's why it's kept in secret.

I really like this question so thanks for asking. I really think it's not new but it's more trendy and my only hope is that people are checking their resources and practicing wisely.

Hey fam, hey. As people of African descent, we've always practiced things that had to do with rituals using crystals or rocks or whatever, using Buddhism or...

I feel like more and more now that people are starting to discover their heritage, they're understanding people like Madame Laveau, they're understanding people who from New Orleans practice more African culture than normal African Americans.

We originated everything, everything originated from us. There's nothing new. This has been the way of our life. This is, you know, we just forgot, some of us have forgot the way to go, but this is our life. This is a part of us. You are a vanay.

We are of nature, we are of all, we are of one, we are God's like come on now. God energy, God essence, this is us, been us. Let's go, let's go. As we rise, as we rise, we continue to rise.

I think it's pretty dope and I'm super excited to learn more about it as I am on my spiritual journey. I'm trying to soak up as much as I can.

I mean, I think that's amazing, like so cool, because right now we are slowly talking about our natural religion, but who am I to speak about our natural religion?

And of course there's someone like how do you know the natural religion? It's Christianity, how's spirituality? But if you really just dig into it you really can see what's the natural religion for African-American women.

Me, I believe in God 100% but the spiritual stuff is really cool too and tarot readings are great because I think they resonate with me sometimes and crystals are fun.

Meditation is dope and I love sound baths. They really help me. I really like the Terra readings and the Energy readings because I've noticed in the past.

I had a tarot reading in 2020 and then on YouTube there's this woman, there's this black woman that does tarot readings but she does general ones for all the signs and I just watched the one for Gemini for December.

This woman is like 303 high priestess, tear reading, I don't know. Black woman, fantastic. She did a general reading for Gemini for December through January. And a lot of it resonated with me. And some of the cards that she was pulling up were some of the same cards that pulled up.
