I feel like finding joy can attribute to your strength because it allows you to feel things while also remembering that our emotions are not forever and there's joy on the other side so-

I find so much joy in my physical strength. Probably because I wasn't healthy and didn't, wasn't able to do a lot of the things I wanted to do physically before. Now that I can, it's so much joy for me.

On a more spiritual level, I think people who are joyful and people who are able to find joy and draw on their joy for strength are really powerful, strong people spiritually.

Allowing myself to fully experience the joy in my life is what fuels my strength and allows me to overcome adversity, which in turn gives me the strength to find even more joy.
