Rich = More reach and with good parents they're just setting their kid up for success with all the reach that they already have. Yes it's hard for normal middle class kid to have that same values and reach that far but that's where rich kids are separated, they already have the resources but yes it matters heavily on the parents to either make them a spoil brat or a well educated future businessman.
