The best way to overcome it is to start a new hobby, cost someone on the phone that you enjoy talking to, talk to people on the app while out and about so you're constantly busy trying to meet new people.
Sometimes you gotta carpe diem and seize the day to just make a conversation with someone that you don't know at a coffee shop or at a store and fill your life with things that are joyful and make you appreciative.
I know you guys say well two o'clock in the morning that might not help but I mean it does help to talk to other people even random people just to get your conversation going and get that vibe of other people.
So, like I say in y'all previous little messages, but anyways, like for me, I like getting dolled up. I like smoking my weed and watching music videos, like the newest music that I like or for my favorite artists and maybe trying some new food spots.
See, honestly, if I feel that way sometimes, I either, you know, take a little walk or just literally just smoke a blunt, honestly, or just listen to some music.
