Should we take a bath every day? Why or why not?

I take a shower in the morning and night and in between when I use the bathroom. I gotta have myself clean, you know what I'm saying? And that shower is not bad. Thank you.

I like to take a bath every night before I go to bed and sometimes depending on how much I sweat at night I will take a shower in the morning. So yeah, I take one every day, but I don't think you have to.

Oh yeah, and a professional hairdresser told me not to wash my hair every day because you have natural oils in your hair and when you wash your hair, your hair takes it as a signal to stop producing those oils so I don't know if that's true or not.

You don't have to take bath every day especially in winters. But it feels good to take bath every day. I take bath every day. I feel fresh and I smell nice.

I try not to speak for everybody, but myself, I work in a pretty dirty environment, so I shower every day. But I think it's up to the person, really, and what your life looks like.

I would say this one depends on what you do every day. If you getting sweaty and stuff then yeah, if not then probably not. Dermatologists usually say you don't have to every single day but it depends on what you do.
