Tap in, y'all. What do you think is the worst food that we eat in the United States? It's horrible for our body. We shouldn't be eating it. My opinion is cheese, and I love cheese, but I'm getting rid of it.
Okay, yes, definitely chitlins. I don't know why anybody would want to eat pig intestines or cow intestines or wherever the **** it comes from. It just looks shitty.
You know, I gotta agree because you can't eat haggis. It's illegal in the United States because it's like what is it like sheep's Bladder like cooked in like intestines and stuff like that Yuck. Nope. They eat it over in Europe, but not over here.
I'm gonna say as well cheese because dairy products create excess mucus in your body and causes illnesses long-term so I'm gonna go with dairy products.
And when there are excess mucus in your body, it creates inflammation. So I'm gonna definitely have to also give that up sometime in the future because I love milk. And I'm gonna give it a try.
Though besides that I'll also say the one worst food that you can eat in America or Canada could be McDonald's. That's the most horriblest food ever. Processed and really really bad for you.
Okay, so this is something I am trying to cut out of my diet. I've already cut out cheese and I didn't realize how bad ground beef was for you. So I guess that'll be the next thing.
I gotta admit Chitlins is definitely up there. Otherwise I would say the McRib because if you've seen all those stuffs mate, no thank you. Or chicken patties.
