Watching all these videos, I see the guy's leg almost break in half and I see this other guy You see all the fibers all the muscle fiber ripping apart. It's scary. Honestly, but honestly, why would I stop going to the gym? Why would I start lifting heavy because some people got injured I feel like that's for everything in life But you could talk about cooking like cooking. I'm pretty sure a lot of motherfuckers have died from cooking So it's like you can say that about anything in life. There's always gonna be a risk So it's like just continue doing what you're doing and don't let this stop you from working out
