What brings me peace is gratitude. What brings me peace is a conscious pause into the moment to drop into my body, make sure I'm like you know jumping in such a juicy heart space and the energy is flowing.

I think that also correlates into manifestation and verbalizing what you want to happen and it manifesting into your reality if you've gone into any of that
What Alyssa said about senses really speaks to me because I've been thinking about how if we experience things through multiple senses at the same time we get a heightened experience and we remember our lives more
