So at the end of every single day I get on my knees and I pray Right beside my bed. I pray for The staff underneath me. I pray for my family and my friends My acquaintances that I seen that day or that week. I Pray for the unspoken Hurts that people have had And then I pray for my enemies And they take a deep breath and I ask for forgiveness and I ask God to guide me through the next day and I Usually yawn and go to sleep That's what brings me peace at the end of the day

Sometimes I like to put rain sounds, any type of sounds that help me sleep. I think those are very helpful.

Oh my goodness, girl, I love the sound of the rain. Sometimes I do put it on for background noise. It's absolutely amazing. Now, last night here, it stormed so bad that the lightning and the thunder was so loud that it was like shaking my window. So I don't like that, but I do love the sound of the rain. So relaxing.

Good question, good question. So one thing that helps is taking a little walk. I'm lucky to have a little pond where I live, so come to think of it, I think I'm going to go take a walk around the pond a few times right now.

Yeah, a couple things that help me are spending time in nature, looking at water, meditating, maybe watching a documentary or something, or reading. Those things all help me kind of decompress.

And one thing that I find really therapeutic is petting an animal or hanging out spending quality time with an animal But unfortunately, I don't have a pet right now

You know something, I've worked in mental health for a long time and my biggest advice to clients that are like working through some difficulties is breathing exercises and they have actually clinically proven breathing exercises to help like center yourself again. So I 100% am on board with that. That's amazing.
