Some beneficial tips would be like keeping a journal, writing down your thoughts, learning to manage and deal with stress, relaxation techniques such as meditation, yoga, getting enough sleep, exercising daily, and eating clean.

I currently do not have OCD, but I have people around me that do have it, and I've seen how it does affect their daily life.

As well as when you are in the presence of someone who does have OCD, you have to be respectful of their stuff. Try not to touch anything because it could upset them and cause them to have higher levels of stress.
