The last time it happened was a couple months ago. I was talking to someone and then the next day we talked again and the same subject got brought up and They happened to say like the exact same phrase that they did the day before.

Now I have a very good memory for the little details that most people don't remember. So I remember things like what I was wearing when I said something, or where I was when I first heard something. Stuff like that.

And because other people don't pay attention to those things, it's hard to even use those details to explain to somebody why I remember something when I'm trying to convince them that I remember. But people always want to deny what I'm telling them.

But nonetheless, I was explaining to this person the conversation that we had and they were in denial about saying that. They were like, no, we didn't talk about that. And I was like, yes, we did. And I remember because we also talked about this and this is what led up to it. But I was like, no, we didn't talk about that.

So basically I was told that that was my version of reality and that Just because I remembered something or because I thought I remembered something that it doesn't mean it really happened And I was just like wow yeah, fuck you bye.

I'm honestly glad that you cut that off because people like that do not need to be in your life. They do not need to be holding you down, girl. I'm happy that you did that. Much love, hun.

You know, sometimes it may be harder for other people to cut that circle off. So for me, hearing that, you cut it off just like that, like that's awesome and it's an inspiration to others, you know what I mean?

Gaslighting means when someone uses the form of psychological manipulation in which one person makes the other partner doubt his perceptions, experiences, memories, or even understandings of what happened.

They are likely to get defensive, angry, or lie, or twist things around to make you feel like you're confused or you're wrong or doubt your own feelings about a certain situation.

There are signs of gaslighting and one of the signs is when the person keeps lying about something and they're refusing to admit the lie even when you show them proof. That is gaslighting.

Another one would be spreading rumors and gossip about you or telling you that other people are gossiping about you. That's another sign of gaslighting.

Another one that's more current would be twisting stories, you know, just for control so they can feel like they can control the narrative, which is wrong.

They also try to smooth things over with loving words that don't match their actions.

These are the signs of gas lighting and its meeting.

I know some people may not want to speak about it, but it is definitely a safe space in my sound **** and with positive light love to all.

I've actually also been several situations like this with family members until this day they still gaslight me and act like it never happened when we both know it happened.
