Do you feel safe enough to be completely open and honest in your relationship? If yes, why? What are the things that make you feel safe and secure? If not, how come? What are they doing to push you away and that you're holding back on?

I think it completely depends on the foundation that you build with the person, whether you're in a relationship or not. If you start off with honesty and open communication right from the beginning, then you should ultimately feel safe enough.

Hey, what's up, Shani? It really does depend on the person I care about, you know what I'm saying? Like, if I can trust her, yes, I'm willing to open up and be honest, you know what I'm saying? And be vulnerable. There's nothing wrong with expressing how you feel.

Hey Shani, I can and do be openly honest with my fiance about whatever I'm feeling, thinking, I mean, I talk a lot anyways so I just put it out there.

We pride ourselves on having a great foundation, so we try to talk about any and everything because it just makes it better to deal with issues that might come up later.

I love that. I love the idea of the open communication and I 100% agree with it. Without open communication, it kind of stops there, doesn't it?

I really believe that everybody should feel like they have a voice in a relationship, that they should never hold back what they're thinking or what they're feeling, even if it seems crazy, even if it seems silly. You should be able to fully express yourself with who you love.

Now see, you have to feel safe in order to have this relationship and it's been a blast. I love it. I recommend anybody do it.

You think everybody should be in a relationship or you think that everybody should be vulnerable enough to trust somebody or both?

I think this is completely depend on your partner because you will come to know that how far you should open up yourself and be honest in that particular relationship.

And to be honest, there are some things in the relationship that just can't be described in words. I won't be able to put everything in my words.

When you start loving a person you will come to know automatically that whether you should open up completely or not. You will understand the things.

I can totally agree with that statement. Yeah, there's some things that you just can't explain. You can't put them into words. Like when you trust somebody wholeheartedly, and you do trust them and you feel safe around them. That's really hard to describe. Good point.

Absolutely, I can be 100 transparent with my wife. If I can't be honest in a relationship, then I don't want it.

Isn't that the best feeling being able to be completely open and honest with your partner and able to be yourself and to have that person just love you and accept you for who you are?

Whether your partner makes you feel safe or not, you have to be open and honest and vulnerable in your relationship.

I think I like what you said there too about being vulnerable. I think vulnerability plays a huge role in it because we open ourselves up and put ourselves out there.

What's the point of being in a relationship where you can't be completely open and honest with your partner? Are you afraid they will judge you or reject you?

That's a really good point. Like, why aren't you being honest with your partner? Or is that what you're afraid of? Good point.
