Is there a place you go to just reset and chill to clear your mind?

I will go outside. Usually if I need to chill and clear my mind, I will go outside and hang out with the trees for a little bit. That always makes me feel better.

I do a number of things. Sometimes I go out in nature. I love the beach. Going for walks. Sometimes going to the gym. And then there are moments where I may sit alone and just think things through. And I also pray.

This is the place I go to. It's right off of 30 in Texas. I go there. It's a lake. I go to White Rock Lake and go and clear my mind.

A place to go is my home, it's my sanctuary, it's beautiful, it's my safe space but also I like to take a long walk or go to a restaurant on my own and have really good food and wine.

Oh, it's definitely my car. It has the best views when you look up at the sky, the music, the bass, everything. You lay back, you get into your own zone, you close your eyes, I mean, keep them open, whatever you want. You can drive places and just look at the scenery.

Definitely. Meditation. And I don't mean that just like surface level. I mean like sit down, plop down, you even got to fold your legs, put some noise canceling headphones on and just focus on your breathing and see where you go. It's great.

Driving is usually that type of thing for me. Um, I like to drive to help me clear my mind, maybe go to the rest, uh, like a fast food place and get myself something to eat just to definitely, um, yeah.
