Trust me, I hate it too, but it has helped me so much, and it like, doesn't remove my muscle. And that's what a lot of bodybuilders do when they're coming out of like, um, bulk season. Like, we will cut and we do that kind of cardio. Trust me, it sucks the first time you like, do it, but after that it's fucking great. I fucking love doing it. It feels great after a workout. I recommend doing it after a workout and then posing. That's what I do.
