I can definitely relate to this, and actually this is how I've become in recent years. Not exactly anti-social, but I definitely don't overshare anymore and I kind of like protect myself because I always say protecting your energy is so important, protecting your peace, and so if I end up doing or saying something, it has to be worth it, if that makes sense.
