Oh hey good morning. I have insomnia so there's a couple of things that I do. One of the things is I like to do is I go on YouTube and listen to a podcast. It's a horror podcast. He reads like Reddit posts.
Good morning, that's a good question. I listen to podcasts. Sometimes they make me sleepy. So I fall asleep while listening to them. And sometimes soft music helps me to fall asleep.
To continue, he reads Reddit posts, he reads true horror stories from fans. It's very relaxing, he has very calming voices, his name's Let's Read. And then there's another one named Southern Cannibal, both are great.
Oh, to add to this, there's actually tons of different people that read. Those aren't the only two, but those are my favorite. There's like B Busta, he'll do more ghost stories. There's just different ones.
But push comes to shove and I can't sleep. I'll take a high dose of melatonin. I don't recommend you do that all the time. You can do it every once in a while. But that's what I do.
