Hello Dreamy, shout out to you. I love smoothies personally. I like to keep my smoothie making simple. Typically, you know, I range in what I add. If I'm working with fruits, typically I will use a base such as like coconut milk or almond milk, or maybe dairy milk depending on the day. Fruit, right, frozen fruit, a little bit of ice, maybe a supplement.

Maybe a supplement, such as a nutritional supplement, something similar to a daily multivitamin. Maybe I'll add probiotics to it, right? Maybe a prebiotic. Or, you know, if I want to add, like, some nutritional, more nutritional value to it, I might add, like, ground flaxseeds, ashwagandha, really depends.

It really depends on the day, the time of day, and what my ultimate goal is. Because I have different types of additives that I could add to smoothies, such as spirulina. I have ashwagandha, which is good too. It's like a natural form of caffeine. It's healthier for you, versus caffeine in general. Sometimes I'll add...

Sometimes I like to add maca powder. I also have noni fruit, which is a pure Hawaiian fruit. It has health benefits to it. I also sometimes add moringa vegetable powder as well. It's a green superfood. Occasionally, I'll add beet powder as well. Goji berries, you know, it really just depends on what I need.

I do my best to eat intuitively, especially when I am making a smoothie. I do my best to tune in to what I believe my body needs. It's called intuitive eating, and generally that works for me, you know. I am a natural healer. I do have an apothecary, and I believe food can be medicine. So, yeah, great question.

How about you, Dreamy? What ingredients do you use to make a smoothie or milkshake? And what's your favorite smoothie that you find yourself gravitating to?

I see your second question, what's your favorite smoothie? So I typically go for smoothies that are like jam packed with nutrients because one, I forget to eat during the day. Sometimes and because I'm just busy taking care of everyone else and everything else. So I like to have a smoothie that's jam packed with nutrients. Yeah, great question.
