Absolutely, I manifest on a daily basis, but when it comes to the work week on Sundays, I write down my manifestations on the bathroom mirror. That way when I'm brushing my teeth and getting ready for the work day, it's right there and I can see it all out.

I think something that has helped me become grounded would be meditation, listening to rain sounds. And you might feel that it's kind of weird, but rain sounds actually help you feel grounded, feel peace, feel calm. So I would definitely recommend that, you know, if you have earphones, go and listen to something. It's really great, very calming for sure, and that helps me through my week.

Well, God always helps, you know. He leads me every single day, one day at a time. You know, it's good because He helps me get through the week, get through the day, and I know that God would be with me, but it's so hard nowadays with all these distractions like right now.
