To be honest with you, skin is just so much more than just surface. It has to do with your diet, it has to do with your hormones and so many things so you really have to research what's the problem.

And to further talk about this you should look into some YouTube videos on how skin is made and what's underneath the skin and all of the tissues and where the oils are made. It's really fascinating stuff.

All you need is just some knowledge and some practice and some testing to do either with foods or with products or just understanding your skin type.

I don't know if you have access to these wherever you are, but Japanese and Korean facial cleansers are going to be your best friend.

I mean it would help if you help me with the names because for me I'm in Uganda and actually you can order anything online and it's delivered so if I'm not bothering you with that can you please like help me with some of the products maybe if you use one of the Korean products

Avoid oily foods and avoid constant exposure to sunlight because it will open up your pores and clog them and it will cause you acne. So yeah, cold water on the face.
