This is stuff since I really had a bad week but first is that I was able to get at least 7 hours of sleep a day. Second is that I was able to work out, find time for it and then third is that I survived. I survived.
I'm sorry to hear you haven't had the best week but at least you found those three positives because finding the positives in a negative week is the best thing you can do and I hope you enjoyed your workout and you've got plenty of sleep which is brilliant.
Thank you for this class, it was sweet. It wasn't the best week but also it was the worst week for me. I got to work out which was great. I've been holding that out for a week and I'm like I finally got in the groove. I got to get some rest and then also Thanksgiving was kind of good.
At first I was kind of... you know I almost skipped it because this week has been not so good for me but then I realized a hard question and it's a good question.
It is a difficult question as well, especially if you've had a bad week, but I'm glad you found three positives from it. That's the main thing, you always look for positives in a negative situation, because that makes it run a lot smoother.
